Make a difference in the lives of teens in your community with Free to Be abstinence education!

If you are a teacher and would like to supplement your sex education unit with a session on abstinence until marriage from a youth-to-youth perspective:

  • Order our Teen Panel Video: this 35 minute video features Free to Be peer educators in a classroom presentation. Focusing on the freedoms of abstinence, trained youth presenters share their experiences with their peers in a panel format. A sample lesson plan is included. The cost is $90 plus shipping.

If you are a parent or community member, have a passion for youth and want to start Free to Be in your community, we offer our Teen Panel Package*:

  • Teen Panel Model: Start a Free to Be project in your community and involve your youth in a positive program that builds their leadership skills and strengthens their self efficacy while offering them the opportunity to serve their peers as positive role models.
  • Life Choice One Curriculum with Teen Panel: The LC1 8 session curriculum, developed by youth for youth, combined with the teen panel model is a powerful tool for impacting the lives of your communities’ youth.

The Free to Be model is consistent with the Search Institute’s 40 Assets for Youth Development.
