Free to Be equips teens with life skills to build healthy relationships, postpone sexual activity, and avoid risky behavior; encouraging positive choices for a thriving future.
Today, teens are exposed to sexually saturated messages every day. Many teens find it hard not to give in to the pressures of our culture and end up making choices they regret that have lasting consequences. Free to Be counters these messages and advocates for teens by equipping them with life skills to make healthy choices.
We offer schools and community groups a range of educational peer-taught components for ages 10 to 18. Through our teen panels, curricula and campus clubs, we empower teens with the knowledge, tools, motivation and support they need to navigate through a very challenging youth culture. Our interactive educational components and support activities promote building healthy relationships, making well thought out decisions, and setting goals for the future.
